This weekend I was fishing around Netflix for something new when I remembered a trailer I had seen over on Jo's blog, and boom, there was the documentary, just waiting to be watched.
I wasn't sure what to expect from an Elmo documentary, but I assure you, this isn't simply a movie about a puppet. I knew when I started sobbing about 45 minutes into it that I was watching something pretty cool.
This is not to say that this is a chick flick. The Boyfriend watched (most of) it with me, and we both really enjoyed getting a behind the scenes look at the characters we grew up with on Sesame Street, The Muppet Show, Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal.
Anyway, if you're at all interested in seeing movies that depict people who just all-out go for what they want, even if no one else is particularly supportive, then you should see this documentary. Do it! Do it now!
